It was a packed house (hanger) and 461 was looking as good as the day she came off the assembly line.  A decision was made to represent the 87th FIS by using the tail number of one of their birds.  The one tail number that was used by most of the commanders of the 87th was 570231, so 560461 was renumber (per government requirements) as 570231 and the pilot's name on the canopy was TORO ONE.
