We noticed that a great many of you have mentioned that you liked what you saw in our museum and have thanked us for establishing it and keeping it going, but we have a problem. It is funding and I mean a serious lack of that funding.

We have tried to raise money locally but without a lot of success. The cost to keep the museum open during this winter was quite high but I felt we had no choice what with the loss of the only other meeting/gathering place on Sawyer we had to do something. Keeping it open has been well received but has about drained our budget.

With this said, we are asking or maybe begging for some serious donations to enable us to continue our mission to provide Sawyer with a fitting museum and community center.
